Community Resources is a joint project of St. Luke's Episcopal Health Charities, The University of Texas School of Public Health and The United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast.

How can an organization or service become a part of the Community Resources Database?

Go to To Add / Update Information and fill out the form. The information is submitted to the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast for verification and approval. Once the information has been approved United Way then transmits the data to be uploaded to this site.

How can I correct or update information currently shown in the Community Resources Database?

How often is the information updated?

United Way solicits information through annual surveys and updates the data with information on a monthly basis. The University of Texas School of Public Health then prepares the data for mapping.

Who manages the site?

The site is managed by St. Luke's Episcopal Health Charities.

Is the information secure?

Yes, the information is secure. It is also protected by both a software and a hardware firewall.

Who can use the site?

The Community Resources Database is a gift to the community and anyone can use it.
