Organizational Assessment

The organization assessment tool can be used to easily identify your organizations strengths and weakness and to show progress made in strengthening key indicators over time.  The assessment focuses on the following key organization traits/characteristics:

The staging of these traits/characteristics allows staff and Board members to easily assess the organization’s status and track the steps necessary for further development. Key capacities are identified and progress is measurable.

Through research-informed grantmaking to Texas nonprofits, St. Luke's Episcopal Health Charities, a separate component of St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System, improves community health and reduces health disparities.  Our Center for Community-Based Research is dedicated to community-based participatory research practices that foster informed action, collaboration and empowerment for the medically underserved and other vulnerable populations.
