“Life is too Short to Wear Anything Tight”:  Stress Relief Through Humor

Willa Ann Decker, a family nurse practitioner, wants participants to take time to laugh - it is music to the soul. She will review how laughter has served as a “natural healer” throughout history and focus on the importance of laughter and play in one’s life, as well as their role in the health and healing process. Her one wish for each attendee is that they will leave with a renewed sense of purpose to lead extraordinary lives! All adult age groups are welcome to attend.
