Description of the Organization:
The Immunization Outreach Mobile Team was created to help increase the immunization rate among children aged 0-35 months within Harris County, excluding the city of Houston. The mobile team may operate inside a facility or inside of the HCPHES Immunization Mobile Unit. The mobile unit is prepared to go to schools, Headstart centers, day care centers, churches, shopping malls, and apartment properties to provide immunizations to those in need. Mission Statement
